The technology we use, allows practitioners and patients to video conference without downloading software. We do this by depending on the technology available on device/browser that you use. Below are our system requirements
To complete a video call, participants will need a device (ie desktop, laptop, mobile phone or tablet) that has (or can be connected to) a camera and microphone. We recommend that practitioners use a computer (ie Desktop or Laptop), as files can only be transferred from these devices. We also recommend practitioners use a headset to prevent problems with multiple mic feedback.
Your internet connection is a major influence in how well the system will work for you. Although our service will work with a 3G connection, you may encounter issues such as poor video quality and choppy audio. We recommend you have 4G connection, NBN or Wifi. You can check your internet speed with our speed test.
